The Fangio Museum at Imola, another stage of El Camino de Fangio
Received by Gian Carlo Minardi. President of the Imola Autodrome and by Marco Panieri Sindaco of the city that hosts the Emilia-Romagna F1 Grand Prix, we walked around the circuit, visited its facilities and ended with an emotional moment of reflection next to the monument that remembers Ayrton Senna.
We especially want to thank those who helped, managed and guided us on this memorable visit: Giulia Brancher, Marcello Pollini and Monia Castelfidardo, and the rest of the team, press office, photographer, etc.
A new stage of El Camino de Fangio took place in Imola, a characteristic circuit of the 80s and 90s in F1 that has come back to life in recent years and that also has some link with the sporting history of Juan Manuel Fangio, who although he never competed in any competition, once performed tests breaking the previous records at the Emilia-Romagna autodrome.
Gian Carlo Minardi is part of the living history of Italian motorsports and his reception was magnificent, while the union between Autódromo and Comuna is very powerful for the constant activities they carry out, thanks to the commitment of their representative Marco Panieri and his advisor, also present on this visit, Mrs. Elena Penazzi. Thanks to them and everyone who accompanied and assisted us.
