OSCAR ALFREDO GÁLVEZ

He was born on August 17, 1913, in the Federal Capital. The Gálvez grew up in the workshop of his father Marcelino, on Avenida San Martín 1070. It was natural that they had an inclination for everything that was cars and engines.

First acquired a Ford "T", then a Ford "A" and then a Ford V8 1935 model. They began running in the pitches in the forests of the city of La Plata or Palermo until the police ran them.

With this Ford V8, Oscar Gálvez debuted at the 1937 Grand Prix, surprising for his initial work. He was born a passion that would take him to the forefront of Argentine motoring.

I did all sorts of things with a car. I could overturn it generating small damages. I put the reverse gear with the car
